ACCU-CAST can provide prototyping services
for our customer's analysis review and approval. Virtually any
3 dimensional CAD file that ACCU-CAST produces can be
generated into an STL file format to be used in the stereo
lithography process.
We can provide this rapid prototyping
service to help our customers in the design of their product,
this process allows the end user to hold a model of their
product in their hands, to check for proper design parameters.
This process offers a very quick turn around, depending upon
the complexity of the design a typical turn around may be 3 to
4 days.
If a model of a specific material is desired ACCU-CAST
can provide a low volume production part created from a
silicone mold with a urethane material to simulate the same
material characteristics of the part required. We can also apply
this process to create metallic prototype parts, and more.
ACCU-CAST offers a full service of solid modeling solutions.
We have the ability to design your product / idea in our
software as if it were a solid object. You can see the process
three dimensionally on the computer screen. This reduces your
parts time to market, as well as reducing your chance of a
product being incorrectly designed.
In addition to this once
your product is created in our modeling package a wide variety
of 3rd party products can be utilized such as stress analysis,
animation, conceptual rendering, CNC tool paths, and more.
Our three dimensional solid modeling package will link itself to
a three dimensional assembly and to a two dimensional
drawing file, so once you make a change any where in the design
process, all of the linked files will update automatically.
This is a tremendous reduction of error for
any design process, which we can apply to each and every
one of our customer’s projects.
